Always "al dente" with our electric and gas pasta cookers

With the electric and gas pasta cookers from GGM Gastro, a wide variety of pasta dishes can be effortlessly prepared

Pasta is a particularly popular pasta product. In its various shapes, sizes, and colors, it is used in a wide variety of dishes. In order to serve different types "al dente" at any time, even in the stressful daily life of the catering industry, GGM Gastro offers professional pasta cookers, thereby facilitating processes in the catering industry. GGM Gastro offers caterers the choice between table-top units and standing units with differentiated capacities. In addition, both electric and gas-fired pasta cookers are available. They are the perfect support for commercial activities.

The advantage of separate cooking zones

Pasta cookers with more than one pot have separate cooking zones. The individual zones each have their own heating processes and can be operated separately via the infinitely variable temperature controller. This makes it possible, for example, to cook pasta "al dente" that has been added to the water at different times. Once the cooking process in the first cooking zone is complete, it can be switched off, making the pasta cooker particularly efficient. The always optimal heat distribution of the extremely powerful pasta cookers ensures excellent and fast cooking results. Thanks to the adjustable thermostat, the temperature of the respective cooking zones remains constant. The devices also have a double-walled or perforated bottom.

Efficiency and safety thanks to high-quality construction

All pasta cookers from GGM Gastro are made of carefully selected materials, which supports a long service life. The devices from the Lorenzo and Paolo series, made in Europe, are punched out in one piece and have rounded corners. The gas appliances from GGM Gastro operate on natural gas as standard, alternatively on propane gas. They have low energy consumption and are environmentally friendly. The devices have an integrated water tap on the control panel. Thanks to the thermo-electric ignition fuse and the safety thermostat, the devices are also easy and safe to use.

Can do more than just noodles - the pasta cooker as an all-rounder

Despite its name, a pasta cooker from GGM Gastro is multifunctional and applicable in the catering industry. In addition to noodles and other pasta, it is also possible, for example, to cook various types of vegetables. After the water has been drained via the drain taps, the stove can then be easily cleaned to always meet the strict requirements of the catering industry.
