Our quality policy at GGM Gastro
A consistent customer orientation is the fundamental prerequisite for our competitiveness in the market. We want to offer our customers products and services that fully meet their requirements and needs and are leading in terms of quality, reliability, and service.
To realize this corporate philosophy, we have defined the following principles for our actions.
- Quality is: The fulfillment of our customers' requirements.
To meet the increasing demands of our customers regarding product quality, service and delivery capability, we must continuously improve all processes. - Quality is: The careful execution of work, the reliable transmission of information and fair, correct conduct.
Therefore there is in our company no one who is not responsible for quality. For the quality of the services our company provides depends on the qualifications and expertise of all employees. - Quality is: Defect prevention, not defect detection.
That means that what is done right from the start cannot later be the cause of a defect. We do not want to inspect quality. We want to deliver quality. Because quality saves effort and costs and makes us competitive. Therefore everyone must constantly think about how possible errors can be avoided from the outset and where improvements and preventive measures are possible. - Quality is: When we learn from our mistakes.
We deal openly with mistakes, because only when mistakes and their causes are known can they be avoided. That means: If an error has occurred, it is important to find the true causes and to eliminate them sustainably for the future. - Quality is: When every employee is a customer to us.
We also deliver quality to our colleagues. This means that everyone must always ask themselves if they would be satisfied as a customer with the quality of their work, and therefore perform all tasks in such a way that they meet the customer's requirements.
