The mills are equipped with a 2-stage stainless steel grinding mechanism, specially designed for dry sea salt, rock salt, as well as black, white, and red peppercorns. A maximum grain size of 4 mm for salt and 6 mm for pepper is possible. The grinding mechanism is highly durable and comes with a 25-year warranty on the grinder, while the body has a 5-year warranty. A coarse grind ensures full pepper flavour, while a fine grind optimally highlights the spiciness. The grind setting can be individually adjusted by tightening the top screw.
