The double-walled pot washer is a powerful freestanding unit specifically designed for the professional cleaning of pots and large cookware. The machine features two wash arms that guarantee effective cleaning. It is suitable for pots with a diameter of up to 600 mm and can accommodate dishes up to GN 2/1 size. The integrated further support the cleaning process. Thermostat-controlled rinse and wash temperatures ensure efficient and hygienic cleaning. The rotating, non-clogging stainless steel wash and rinse arms provide an even distribution of water and rinse aid.
The body, made from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, guarantees long service life and easy cleaning. All internal components are easily removable, facilitating maintenance and hygiene. The fully sealed housing offers IPX5 water protection, allowing the machine to be safely operated even in damp environments. Additionally, three different programmes are available to meet various cleaning requirements.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the appliance regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If you have installed a descaler beforehand, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
- Suitable exclusively for chlorine-free cleaners.
