The use of low-pressure steam (0.5 bar) ensures efficient and safe heat transfer. The cooking kettle is specially designed for professional use and, thanks to its construction, can be optimally integrated into existing systems. The combination with other products from the "Paolo 900" series allows for customised solutions. With manually adjustable fastening elements and a safety thermostat, the appliance offers maximum safety and adaptability. The chrome-plated drain tap facilitates cleaning and maintenance. Cleaning & Maintenance
- Allow the kettle to cool and only soak crusts. Do not use steel wool, scrapers, or chlorine-based cleaners to avoid damaging the stainless steel.
- Disassemble the outlet tap daily, clean thoroughly, disinfect, and lubricate with food-grade tap grease.
- Consistently remove limescale deposits to ensure optimal heat transfer and save energy.
- For indirectly heated kettles, regularly check the water level in the double jacket and the safety valve.
- After cleaning, always leave the lid slightly open for ventilation.
