The electric cooking kettle with a 150-litre capacity offers indirect heating with 18 kW power, ensuring even and efficient heat distribution. Equipped with a double-walled stainless steel kettle AISI-304 and a base made from AISI-316, it guarantees long service life and high hygiene standards. The German manufacture of the heating elements and electronics stands for quality and reliability. An integrated chimney enables the safe ventilation of cooking vapours.

This floor-standing kettle is ideal for professional use and impresses with simple operation thanks to the water tap and drain valve for filling and rinsing. The temperature-controllable power with safety thermostat and pressure gauge ensures precise control and safety. The height-adjustable stainless steel feet and the spring-assisted lid further facilitate handling. Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, the kettle is optimally suited for gastronomy and food processing.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Allow the kettle to cool and only soak crusts. Do not use steel wool, scrapers, or chlorine-based cleaners to avoid damaging the stainless steel.
Disassemble the outlet tap daily, clean thoroughly, disinfect, and lubricate with food-grade tap grease.
Consistently remove limescale deposits to ensure optimal heat transfer and save energy.
For indirectly heated kettles, regularly check the water level in the double jacket and the safety valve.
After cleaning, always leave the lid slightly open for ventilation.
