The gas lava stone grill offers a 9 kW output, providing a strong heat source ideal for grilling meat products. The extra-large cooking surface allows for grilling several dishes simultaneously. Thanks to the fixed grill grate and the high-quality AISI-304 stainless steel body, the grill is particularly robust and durable. Equipped with a safety thermocouple that automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out, the grill guarantees maximum safety. The pull-out drip tray for ash and fat significantly facilitates cleaning. Combining with other products from the "Paolo 900" series expands the range of applications. The tubular burners made of stainless steel ensure even heat distribution and long service life. Ideal for professional and private use as a compact tabletop appliance.Installation & Operation
- ⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure optimal performance and the best possible use of the product.
- Preheat lava stones for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the stones have reached full grilling temperature and emit infrared radiation.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- After service, set the grill without any food on it to the maximum level for about 10–15 minutes so that fat and food residues on the grates and stones burn off to white ash.
- The stones should be turned every few days.
- Do not clean lava stones with chemical degreasers or detergents.
- Depending on the workload of the establishment, the stones should be completely replaced every 6 to 12 months.
