The inclined grate with V-profile allows optimal fat drainage, which facilitates cleaning and promotes healthy grilling. Thanks to the piezo ignition, lighting is quick and safe. The closed base unit with door provides additional storage space and ensures a stable construction. - ⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure optimal performance and best use of the product.
- Preheat lava stones for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the stones reach full grilling temperature and emit infrared radiation.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- After service, set the grill without any food on it to the maximum level for about 10–15 minutes so that fat and food residues on the grates and stones burn off to white ash.
- The stones should be turned every few days.
- Do not clean lava stones with chemical degreasers or detergents.
- Depending on the workload of the establishment, the stones should be completely replaced every 6 to 12 months.
