Powerful gas lava stone grill for professional requirements

The gas lava stone grill features a power output of 6.9 kW, ensuring fast and even heat distribution. The extra-large grilling surface with a robust, easily removable cast iron grate allows grilling multiple pieces of meat simultaneously. Thanks to the piezoelectric ignition, lighting is effortless and safe. Made from high-quality AISI-304 stainless steel, the grill impresses with its durability and professional workmanship.

Versatility and safety for professional use

The appliance is equipped with a safety thermocouple that automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out – an important safety feature. The integrated fat collection tray and pull-out drip tray significantly simplify cleaning. As a tabletop unit without a base cabinet, the grill is flexible in use and can be optimally combined with other products in the "Lorenzo 700" series. Ideally suited for those who value quality and safety when grilling.

Installation & Operation

⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure optimal performance and the best possible use of the product.
Preheat lava stones for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the stones have reached full grilling temperature and emit infrared radiation.

Cleaning & Maintenance

After service, set the grill without any food on it to the maximum level for about 10–15 minutes so that fat and food residues on the grates and stones burn off to white ash.
The stones should be turned every few days.
Do not clean lava stones with chemical degreasers or detergents.
Depending on the workload of the establishment, the stones should be completely replaced every 6 to 12 months.
