- ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ Do not switch on the appliance if there is no water in the basin, as the heating elements will burn out within seconds.
- Fill the basins with water up to the marked maximum fill line before operating the main switch.
- It is recommended to heat the appliance fully with water once before its first actual cooking use and then discard this water.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Daily water change:
- Completely drain the water after operation, as acidic starch residues can attack the stainless steel.
- Regularly remove limescale deposits with descaler and then rinse thoroughly with clean water
- Use only mild cleaning agents and soft sponges; no steel wool.
