• Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
• To prevent the dough from sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
• Please do not use metal utensils to remove the waffles in order to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.

• Allow the appliance to cool down completely before daily cleaning and maintenance.
• To prevent burning, remove baking residues immediately after baking.
