Terms and Conditions of Participation
- Organizer The organizer of the sweepstakes held in connection with the 2026 Customer Survey is: GGM Gastro International GmbH Weinerpark 16 D-48607 Ochtrup Hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
- Eligibility Only business customers or companies headquartered in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Participation must be carried out by a natural person acting on behalf of the respective company who is at least 18 years of age. Only one entry per company is permitted. If the same company submits multiple entries, only one entry will be considered for the drawing. Employees of the Organizer and individuals living in the same household as them are excluded from participation. Participation is free of charge and not contingent upon the purchase of any goods or services. Consent to receive a newsletter or other direct marketing materials is not required for participation.
- Entry Period and Participation The sweepstakes begins on October 19, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on November 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. In addition to meeting the eligibility requirements, a valid entry requires that the survey provided for the contest be fully completed and submitted within the entry period. The time at which all requirements are fully met determines whether the entry was submitted on time. Providing a valid email address is required, as it will be used to send the confirmation of entry and, if applicable, the prize notification. Entry by any other means is not possible. The organizer is not liable for entries that are not received, are incomplete, or are not received on time due to technical malfunctions beyond its control. This applies in particular to malfunctions of participants’ devices, software, or internet connections, as well as the non-delivery of the confirmation email, for example due to spam filters or full inboxes. Only entries that have been fully recorded and confirmed by the organizer are considered valid.
- Prizes The following prizes will be raffled off among all valid and eligible participants: 1 × Beverage refrigerator (GKS908NK-B) 1 × dual induction deep fryer (IFBZ8+8) 1 × bar mixer with soundproof hood (BMK2-1500N) 7 × surprise prizes Each valid entry is eligible to win no more than one prize. Winners will be selected at random. The content of the survey responses has no influence on the odds of winning, provided the eligibility requirements are met. Cash payment, interest, transfer, or exchange of the prize for another prize is excluded, to the extent permitted by law. Any images of the prizes are for illustrative purposes only. If a specific model or item number is specified in the description of a prize, that information is decisive for the prize. The prize is defined by the item specified in the contest. Any information regarding the value of the goods or the retail price refers exclusively to the time of the drawing. Subsequent changes in price or value do not entitle the winner to financial compensation or to a different prize. The prizes are provided free of charge and without any warranty from the organizer.
- Determination and Notification of Winners Winners will be selected at random on November 23, 2026, from among all valid and eligible entries. Winners will be notified via the email address provided upon entry. Any winners must respond to the prize notification within 14 calendar days of its dispatch and provide the information necessary to verify eligibility and to process and ship the prize. If no response is received within this period, or if the prize notification cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided email address, the organizer is entitled to redraw the prize from among the remaining valid and eligible entries. Prizes will be shipped exclusively to business addresses in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
- Exclusion from Participation The organizer is entitled to exclude participants from the contest if there are concrete indications that these terms and conditions have been violated or that an attempt is being made to improperly influence the conduct of the contest or the selection of winners. This applies in particular to: false or misleading information, multiple entries using different identities or email addresses to circumvent the restriction of one entry per company, automated or technically manipulated entries, other attempts at manipulation. If a prize has already been awarded in such a case, it may be revoked and, if already delivered, reclaimed in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
- Early Termination or Modification of the Contest The organizer reserves the right to terminate the contest early, temporarily suspend it, or modify it for good cause if proper conduct can no longer be guaranteed for factual, technical, or legal reasons. This applies in particular to technical malfunctions, unauthorized interference by third parties, manipulation, or due to mandatory legal or regulatory requirements. The legal rights of participants remain unaffected by this.
- Data Protection Personal data will be processed to the extent necessary for conducting the sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, determining and processing winners, and evaluating the survey. Further information regarding the processing of personal data—in particular regarding the purposes of processing, legal bases, retention periods, recipients, and the rights of data subjects—can be found in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected as part of the promotion will only be processed for additional direct marketing purposes to the extent that there is a corresponding legal basis for doing so or the necessary separate consent has been granted.
- Governing Law and Legal Remedies The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, unless otherwise required by mandatory statutory provisions. Legal recourse regarding the conduct of the drawing and the determination of the winners is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
