The stainless steel monoblock housing guarantees high stability and resistance. The evaporator is also made of AISI 304, while the auger is manufactured from AISI 303, ensuring optimal ice production. The machine features electromechanical control and can be operated with either air or water cooling. An automatic water supply and a dust-protection water basin facilitate operation and maintenance. Additionally, a removable and washable air filter is integrated, extending the machine’s lifespan. The adjustable stainless steel feet provide a secure footing on various surfaces.
