The housing is made of stainless steel AISI 304 with Scotch Brite finish, which not only guarantees a long service life but also significantly facilitates cleaning. The monoblock frame and evaporator made of stainless steel AISI 304 as well as the auger made of AISI 303 ensure reliable and hygienic ice production. Thanks to the combined air and water cooling, the device operates efficiently and stably, even at temperatures up to 43 °C. ⚠️ Must not be installed in damp rooms or areas exposed to splashing water
⚠️ Must not be cleaned with water jets
⚠️ Must be positioned at least 20 cm away from side walls
Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If you have installed a descaler upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
- Never use caustic agents to remove limescale from the device, as they cause severe damage to the materials and components of the appliance.
- Furthermore, this will void any form of warranty claim.
- TO ENSURE PROPER CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF THE ICE CUBE MAKER, PERFORM THE PROCEDURES SPECIFIED IN THIS MANUAL AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH.
