The monoblock stainless steel frame guarantees stability and durability. The evaporator and the auger are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 303 respectively). The unit offers both air and water cooling and is equipped with an automatic water supply, making operation particularly convenient. For easy maintenance, a removable air filter and rounded surfaces for quick cleaning are integrated. Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
- Never use caustic agents to remove limescale from the device, as they cause severe damage to the materials and components of the appliance.
- Furthermore, this will void any form of warranty claim.
- TO ENSURE CORRECT CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF THE ICE CUBE MAKER, PERFORM THE PROCEDURES SPECIFIED IN THIS MANUAL AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH.
