These plates for the TMPIC tartelette machine are specially designed for the production of 14 eclair-shaped tartelettes. The mould measures 120 mm x 30 mm with a height of 16 mm. Made from cast aluminium and coated with a Daikin coating similar to Teflon, they offer excellent non-stick properties. - Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
- To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
