Efficient Baking Plates for Tartelette Machines

These plates are specially designed for the TMPIC tartelette machine and are ideal for producing 9 round tartelettes with a diameter of 81 mm. The high-quality die-cast aluminium construction with Daikin coating ensures durable and even heat distribution. The non-stick surface allows for easy release of the baked goods and simplifies cleaning.

Professional Use in Gastronomy and Retail

Ideal for professional use in bakeries, patisseries, and catering establishments aiming to produce tartelettes of consistently high quality. The heat-resistant materials guarantee safe and reliable operation even at high temperatures. These plates enable efficient production and enhance product quality.

• Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
• To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
• Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
