These plates for the TMPIC tartelette machine are specially designed for the production of nine hexagonal tartelettes. With a size of 70x70 mm and a height of 20 mm, they allow for precise and uniform shaping. The high-quality cast aluminium material is coated with a Daikin coating, which provides a similar effect to Teflon. This makes the plates non-stick and significantly facilitates the removal of the tartelettes.Versatile Use in Gastronomy and Retail

- Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
- To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
