Efficient plates for tartlet production
These plates are specially designed for the TMPIC tartlet machine and enable the production of 13 round tartlets with a diameter of 60 mm. The plates are made of aluminium casting with a Daikin coating, which provides a similar effect to Teflon. This makes them non-stick and significantly facilitates the removal of the tartlets. - Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores seal and a natural non-stick coating is formed.
- To prevent the dough from sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal utensils to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
