Recommendations

• Use cream with 30–35% fat content for preparation

• Also processes UHT cream (recommended: brand products with an unbroken cold chain)

• Daily cleaning with disinfectant cleaner

• Only use silicone grease for O-rings for maintenance. Do not use mineral greases (tap grease, Vaseline). O-ring material EPDM is not resistant to mineral greases.

• The side distance to other objects or walls should be at least 50 mm to ensure that the heat dissipation works properly
