• The ice-hardened CRYODUR® blade made of multi-layer stainless steel is particularly sharp and offers ideal flexibility

• Blade core made of MicroCarbide powder steel MC63, which is embedded in 100 layers of steel - for a hardness of approx. 63 Rockwell and maximum edge retention

• The double-sided honed blade with an ultra-sharp Honbazuke trigger ensures enormous sharpness. Each blade is ground by hand to an ultra-sharp angle of 9.5° to 12°

• Masur birch handle in traditional "D-shape" for balanced balance, optimum control and fatigue-free cutting

• The elegant end cap rounds off the handle design perfectly

• The knife was made in the Japanese center of sword and knife making Seki. It combines Japanese beauty and sharpness
