It is specially designed for the sterilisation of up to 20 knives and protects against germs and bacteria. The housing made of stainless steel SS 201 ensures durability and hygiene. The 4.5 mm thick acrylic panes allow for safe UV irradiation, while the magnetic lock ensures easy operation.Practical application and versatile uses
With a timer from 0 to 60 minutes, the disinfection time can be set individually. The automatic shutdown when the door is opened guarantees high safety during use. - Place thoroughly cleaned knives on the magnetic strip.
- Set the timer to the desired time (up to 1 hour).
- To ensure full disinfection performance, replace the UV lamp once a year.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean stainless steel and acrylic surfaces only with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent – do not use abrasives or aggressive cleaners.
- Allow the appliance to dry completely after cleaning before reconnecting to the power supply.
