- Remove all labels before first use.
- Wipe the non-stick coating with a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil.
- Then slowly preheat the grill pan on the hob.
- For induction hobs, use a medium power setting of about 4 to 5 on a scale of 10.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- After use, clean with lukewarm water and mild detergent
- Then immediately dry thoroughly with a clean cloth
- Only clean in the dishwasher on the delicate cycle and with mild detergent
