The glass ceramic contact grill impresses with a powerful 3 kW heating capacity and an optimal combination of a flat lower and ridged upper grilling surface. • Before using the contact grill for the first time to prepare food, switch on the appliance and set the maximum temperature (250ºC). Allow the contact grill to operate at this temperature for approximately 20 minutes so that any residual moisture can evaporate.

• Remove burnt-on residues with a special scraper for glass-ceramic.
