The Döner robot is equipped with a safety thermocouple that automatically shuts off the gas supply in case of flame failure. The manual mode allows the skewer to continue turning during a power outage, so the meat can still be sliced. The adjustable slicing thickness and an extra programme for sharpening the blade increase flexibility. An integrated fat collection tray and an emergency stop button complete the professional features.

• Before cleaning, turn the gas valve completely off. Allow the appliance to cool to hand temperature.
• The rotating circular blade must be fully dismantled every evening. Meat residues and germs accumulate behind it. Additionally, the blade must be kept extremely sharp for a clean cut.
• Spray the stainless steel housing with a professional-grade degreaser. Important: Avoid the burners/heating elements (cover if necessary with dry cardboard or aluminium foil).
