The built-in bain-marie is ideally suited for professional gastronomy and retail. It features an electric heater with an operating temperature of 65 - 85° C, ensuring reliable hot food holding. Control is conveniently managed via a separate control box with an on/off switch. The double-sided glass sneeze guard guarantees hygienic protection during food service.
Robust construction and easy handling for catering use
Made from high-quality stainless steel with a galvanised outer casing, the bain-marie impresses with durability and ease of cleaning. The removable partition and work surfaces offer flexible usage options. Water supply is controlled via a solenoid valve and drainage is regulated by an overflow pipe.
