Perfectly Suitable for Cooking and Serving

This serving pan is optimal for gently cooking eggs, gratins, and crème brûlée. It allows for elegant presentation directly at the table and is ideal for flambéing. The pan is suitable for all types of stoves except induction, making it flexible in use. It is particularly impressive in fine dining or professional kitchen environments due to its noble appearance and practical handling.

Copper Care:

• Copper naturally oxidises over time and develops a patina.
• To maintain the radiant shine of the surface, regularly treat the material with a suitable polishing paste.

Stainless Steel Care:

• To preserve the high-quality surface permanently and prevent staining, please clean the product exclusively by hand using warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth.
