The aluminium frying pan with a fivefold non-stick coating is specially designed for gentle and stain-free cooking. It is ideal for preparing fish, vegetables, pulses, and grains, as it preserves the taste, colour, and aroma of the food. The blue handle complies with HACCP standards and identifies the pan as hygienically suitable for fish dishes. Thanks to its thick 5 mm aluminium body, the shape remains stable and the coating particularly durable, even with intensive use on induction hobs.

Versatile applications and easy handling

This pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic, and can also be used in the oven. The cladded base made of ferritic stainless steel AISI 430 ensures optimal heat distribution. The ergonomically curved, riveted handle with blue powder coating allows comfortable handling and is heat-resistant up to 200 °C for short baking times. The pan is dishwasher safe but should be hand washed with a soft sponge for care. It is perfect for braising, reheating, and gentle cooking, but not for intense searing or roasting.
