High-Quality Frying Pan for Delicate Cooking Processes

This round frying pan with a diameter of 280 mm is specially designed for gentle frying and reheating of delicate foods. The five-layer non-stick coating ensures optimal food release and high durability even with intensive use. Thanks to the very thick 5 mm aluminium base, the pan remains dimensionally stable and guarantees even heat distribution. The base made of ferritic stainless steel AISI 430 also makes the pan suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. The blue handle made of powder-coated steel strip is heat-resistant up to 200 °C and ergonomically curved, which facilitates handling.

Ideal for Professional Kitchens and HACCP-Compliant Cooking

With the blue handle, the pan meets HACCP requirements and is specially designed for cooking fish to avoid cross-contamination. The Lyon-style cut shape facilitates the sliding of food into bowls or onto plates. This pan is the perfect choice for professional use in gastronomy and catering, where delicate ingredients need to be prepared gently. It is optimally suitable for all types of cookers and particularly robust for daily use in the kitchen.
