Robust and versatile frying pan for professional demands

This frying pan impresses with its very thick 5 mm aluminium, which ensures excellent shape stability and makes the coating particularly durable on induction cooktops. The five-layer non-stick coating guarantees optimal food release and high resistance even with intensive use. The attached base made of ferritic stainless steel AISI 430 makes the pan suitable for all types of hobs, especially induction. The blue, riveted steel handle with powder coating is heat-resistant up to 200°C and allows safe and comfortable handling thanks to its French-curved shape.

Ideal for delicate cooking processes and HACCP-compliant work

The pan is perfect for gentle frying and reheating of delicate foods, especially fish, thanks to the blue handle that complies with HACCP guidelines. The pan’s shape is cut in the Lyon style, allowing food to easily slide into a bowl – ideal for professional use in the gastronomy sector. The combination of robust material and functional design makes it versatile for kitchens with all types of hobs and particularly advantageous for precise and clean work with small items.
