A drip-free, hermetic trough with drain taps safely collects the grease and facilitates cleaning. The integrated lighting provides optimal visibility of the cooking surface. Cleaning & Maintenance

Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are dishwasher safe.
Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resin build-up.
Carefully lift the filters out of the holder to avoid dripping fat.
In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted.
This prevents the formation of mould and bacteria.
