Installation & Operation

Place the canopy on a level surface.
Connect the motor according to the instructions.
Insert and secure the filter correctly.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Modern stainless steel flame protection filters can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning on and becoming resinous.
Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of grease.
For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
Wash in the dishwasher at high temperatures (at least 60–70 °C) using a grease-dissolving detergent.
The filters must be completely dry before reinserting to avoid mould and bacterial growth.
