Efficient production of fine snow ice
The snowflake ice machine is ideal for producing light snow ice and Korean bingsu. It processes both water- and milk-based liquids. The robust stainless steel housing ensures durability and easy cleaning. The ice is frozen on a chilled roller and scraped off on a stainless steel edge, creating a fine texture. The finished ice cream falls through a funnel into the drip tray with integrated drip sieve. Four transparent containers allow clear operation and quick ingredient changes.Powerful for gastronomy and sales stands
With a production capacity of up to 120 kg per day, the machine is perfect for use in gastronomy, ice cream parlours, bars, and sales stands. The drip-proof ball closure of the liquid containers prevents waste and facilitates operation. Thanks to its compact design and robust materials, the machine is particularly reliable in daily use. Perfect for offering creative and refreshing ice varieties quickly and efficiently.Installation & Operation
- Fill the desired liquid (e.g. water, syrup) into the containers and place them on the machine.
- Press the cooling switch to start the cooling process.
- Turn the control knob to start the roller – the liquid is processed into fine snowflake ice and falls into the collection tray.
- By adjusting the roller speed, the consistency of the ice can be continuously regulated from fine snow ice to thick ice sheets.
- Depending on the liquid used (e.g. water, milk or juice), the consistency and firmness of the finished ice may vary.
- Wait at least 20 seconds before restarting.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean the device immediately after each use
- Wipe the outer casing with a damp cloth
- Removable parts and liquid containers can be cleaned separately with water
