The blast chiller is a quality product of European manufacture, which impresses with its efficient convection cooling and digital control. With a digital display and a core temperature probe, it offers precise control over the cooling process. The automatic defrost and condensate evaporation ensure low-maintenance operation. An intelligent HACCP alarm reliably warns in case of power failures or exceeded cooling cycles.
Versatile applications and hygienic design
The blast chiller is ideal for the rapid and safe chilling of up to 15 GN 1/1 containers or EN 600x400 trays. The CFC-free polyurethane insulation guarantees sustainable cooling performance. Rounded corners and a mirror-finish interior surface facilitate cleaning and ensure the highest hygiene standards. The chamber temperature ranges from -40 °C in freezing mode to -5 °C in cooling mode, enabling diverse applications in gastronomy and the food industry.
