Robust construction

The rectangular stainless steel body ensures a clear, functional design for professional use. The fixed cast iron cooking plate is coated with Teflon. Side ventilation openings support the construction of the outer housing. Continuously height-adjustable feet facilitate adaptation to the workspace.

Temperature and operation

The thermostatic temperature control allows for controlled use in daily operation. One heating zone is provided for use. Operating indicator lights in red and heating indicator lights in green provide clear feedback. The on/off switch is integrated as standard. A storage drawer underneath offers additional space. The low energy consumption completes the features for gastronomy and retail.

• Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
• To prevent the dough from sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
• Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.

• Allow the appliance to cool down completely before daily cleaning and maintenance.
• To avoid burning, remove baking residues immediately after baking.
