Notes

• When first turning on the oven, heat it slowly. Increase the temperature by 50 °C
  every 30 minutes until a temperature of 400 °C is reached. With the door open, maintain a temperature of 400 °C
  for four hours.

• Place the device so that enough oxygen is provided for the burners. Should the article be used on a continuous countertop, a frame must be built under the furnace so that the lower edge of the furnace has about 10 cm space to the countertop.

• During pizza baking, the lid must remain open, otherwise the oven will switch off automatically after 5 minutes

• We would like to point out that the use of an exhaust air system is recommended to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.
