Installation & Operation

We recommend cooling the meat to at least -4 °C before processing. Slightly freezing the meat increases its firmness, allowing it to be sliced precisely and into paper-thin slices.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Before cleaning, switch off the device, unplug it and set the cutting thickness to zero.
Clean the machine daily with a damp cloth and cleaning agent, then wipe and dry.
Do not use running water for washing and avoid chemical, abrasive products or damaging brushes.
Remove the blade cover for cleaning and also thoroughly clean the product carriage.
After cleaning, let the machine run idle for 5 minutes.
