The Premium PLUS ice cube maker produces up to 30 kg of ice cubes per 24 hours, making it ideal for the gastronomy and catering sectors. The device impresses with its crystal-clear full ice cubes, which are compactly shaped and perfect for drinks. The robust exterior made of stainless steel AISI 304 guarantees durable and hygienic use. The integrated cleaning system ensures easy and thorough maintenance, thereby increasing operational safety. The undercounter model can be integrated space-savingly and offers practical storage of ice cubes with the 6 kg storage bin. Optimal operation is ensured by the air and water cooling systems as well as the side ventilation grilles, which enable efficient ventilation. The easily cleanable, removable side panels and the external protective filter guarantee simple maintenance. With its electromechanical control and ON-OFF switch, the device is user-friendly and reliable. This model also complies with the RoHS directive and is therefore designed to be environmentally friendly.Installation & Bedienung
- Avoid direct sunlight and proximity to heat sources.
- For the initial start-up of the device or its reactivation after a prolonged shutdown, it is necessary to manually fill the container with water.
Reinigung & Pflege
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
- Do not use caustic agents to remove limescale from the device, as they cause severe damage to the materials and components of the device.
