Notes

  • When first turning on the oven, heat it slowly. Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until a temperature of 400 °C is reached. With the door open, maintain a temperature of 400 °C for four hours. Use the maximum heating temperature (level 10) only for preheating
  • Install exhaust air systems only indirectly, otherwise the heat is sucked out of the baking chamber.
  • We would like to point out that the use of an exhaust air system is recommended to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.
