The manual operation ensures easy handling, while the gas-powered mode provides a quick heat-up time. Thanks to its robust construction and the included stand with castors, the oven is mobile and flexible in use.

Product Details

The oven has a power output of 14 kW, allowing efficient heat generation of up to 450 °C. The heating method is bottom heat, which ensures a crispy pizza base. Safety features such as a thermocouple monitor the flame and automatically shut off the gas supply if the flame goes out. Additional benefits include fibreglass insulation for minimal heat loss, internal lighting, a large viewing window, and an emergency stop switch for enhanced safety.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear, side walls, and large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus prevent smoke development.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet, as this can cause stress cracks.
