- ⚠️ The grill must be secured to the mobile base frame with screws.
- ⚠️ For outdoor use only.
- ⚠️ For operation with propane gas only.
- ⚠️ Surfaces that can be touched may become very hot.
- Turn the gas regulator on slightly.
- Press the piezo ignition to light the flame.
- If it does not ignite immediately: turn off the gas, ventilate briefly, then try again.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleaning & Maintenance
- After grilling, simply run the appliance empty on the highest setting for 10 minutes.
- The trays above the burners must be regularly cleaned of crusted ash and marinade after cooling, to prevent fat from blocking the holes of the gas burners.
- The stainless steel with a satin finish should be cleaned after each use with a suitable degreaser to prevent baked-on grease vapours from permanently damaging the surface texture.
- Gastro tip: Before grilling, fill a thin layer of water or sand into the grease drip tray.
- The dripping fat cools immediately, does not burn onto the tray, and is easy to empty and clean at the end of the day.
