Good to know: The special Robax glass, which is located in front of the heating elements, prevents the burned, as well as unburned gases ( NO, CO, CO2 ) can penetrate into the food during the frying process. It also ensures indirect grilling, which results in even browning and optimal heat distribution in the food. Due to this special Robax glass is a An- or charring of the meat is not possible.
