The set includes the flake ice maker with a capacity of 550 kg of ice per 24 hours as well as an ice storage container for 350 kg. The strong and consistently maintained cooling ensures consistently high ice quality. This product is excellent for professional use, for example in gastronomy, fisheries, or laboratories.

• For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
• We recommend using the article exclusively with a descaler, as otherwise damage to the motor and cooling system may occur.
• If you have a descaler installed beforehand, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 - 2,000 litres of water flow. The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
