- The device is supplied with a protective film and an oil coating on the cooking surface to protect it from corrosion!
- Please note that it is completely normal for the cooking plates to discolour after the first use.
- Before using with food for the first time, switch the hob to the maximum temperature (250 °C). Leave the device switched on at this temperature for about 20 minutes to allow any moisture to evaporate.
