This pizza oven has a power output of 6.3 kW and reaches a maximum temperature of 450 °C. The thermostatic temperature control allows separate regulation of top and bottom heat for precise baking. An extra-large viewing window and interior lighting provide full control over the baking process at all times. Heat-resistant materials and thermally insulated door handles ensure safety and durability. The oven is heat-insulated and features an emergency stop switch as well as an integrated chimney opener.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as neighbouring large appliances.
  • ⚠️ Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the fireclay bricks.
  1. Before first use, increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  2. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours.
  3. Keep the door open during the burn-in process to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and thus avoid smoke generation.
  • Never clean firebricks with moisture, as this can cause stress cracks.
