• We recommend cleaning the appliance with washing solution, lukewarm water and a soft cloth or sponge, then drying it with a cloth.
• Ensure you wipe in one direction to keep the surface clean, shiny and scratch-free.

• Clean grease filters regularly (approximately every 40 operating hours); daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning in and becoming resinous.
