Installation & Operation

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame-retardant filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning in and becoming resinous.
- Carefully lift the filter out of the holder, Caution: Fat droplets!
- For heavy soiling, rinse coarse fat off with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at high temperatures (at least 60–70 °C) using a degreasing detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted to prevent mould and bacterial growth.
