Installation & Operation

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are dishwasher safe and can be professionally cleaned.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning in and becoming resinous.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder as fat droplets may be present.
- For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a degreasing detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinstalled to prevent mould and bacterial growth.
