Installation & Operation

⚠️ Pipe diameters should always remain consistent or only be reduced professionally as planned.
⚠️ An incorrect reduction can affect the entire system.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning in and becoming resinous.
Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of fat present.
For heavy soiling, rinse coarse fat off with hot water.
Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a degreasing detergent.
The filters must be completely dry before being reinstalled.
This prevents the formation of mould and bacteria.
