Installation & Operation

Cleaning & Maintenance

Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.
Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning on and becoming resinous.
Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of grease.
For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
Wash in the dishwasher at high temperatures (at least 60–70 °C) using a grease-dissolving detergent.
The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted.
This prevents the formation of mould or bacteria.
