Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are dishwasher safe.
- Daily cleaning prevents burning in and resin formation.
- Carefully lift the filter out of the holder, watching for drops of fat.
- For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a grease-dissolving detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before reinsertion to prevent mould formation.
